When I came upon choosing for a Shapeways model to send. I could not find something that I truly wanted to make in such a short time. But as I looked at the model I had already constructed and some of the work of detail that I left out because I was afraid of the supports and how much they became a problem for me. When I looked at the requirements I found that Shapeways would be doing the support structures (and possible cleaning? cannot really imagine removing steel supports). I choose to get more complicated with the model and through that I added the skulls and the skeletal hand that would be a sort of support in itself. Just because I had problems with the supports I decided to incorporate that into this model. The black steel material that I chose for this modal was something that I had to debate on alternating on, because I also thought about choosing the gold color steel. But in the end I wanted to choose black because It would be aesthetically pleasing to the eye in my opinion more so than the gold. I also stamped in a PNG of the Cubs logo, however I ran into some problems that no matter how much time I spent could not be fixed. I tried to make the logo larger but the limit to the size of the stamp was 100 no matter how long I searched, so I just added three stamps of the logo instead of one.
