I made this by joining a scan I did from an object at the National Museum of Anthropology (snake head) and extruding a cube. I also used the stencil brush two different bump maps) to add texture.

It will be printed with resin. Dimensions approx. 6″ by 8″ by 15″? As wide as the printer can go, really.
