I am working with these images for my thesis show. I wanted to see how the detail would pan out with both the dither and threshold options. The dither is on the blue plexi and the threshold is on synthetic felt. The result on plexi is underwhelming, but I think it’s because the original image has too much detail. It would probably turn out better in a larger scale. I like the results on the felt, but I’d rather use wool felt. The synthetic felt feels too industrial.  I plan on using this technique for the artist books I am making for my final project.
